After much debate about if we should do a test at all-we had a whisper of a line today when we did a preg.nancy test. We both saw the line, but it was very faint, hard to take a picture faint. I have done some mad research this morning and have read a line is a line. I don’t know what to make of it honestly. We so want to pregnant, and I get the blood test tomorrow, so for right now I think we are cautiously excited and a bit wary at the same time. I am worried this means my HCG levels are really low (it is day 13dpo) and I am headed to a miscarriage – I guess we will cross that bridge when we get to it, if we do. For right now, I so want to hopeful and happy.

Oh my god!!!!!!! No, a positive is a positive! People’s lines show up at different strengths all the time. I’m so, so happy for you. Celebrate and don’t worry about all the other stuff.

Yeah, a line is a line. I never got a glaring dark line and my HCG numbers were very high. Cautiously excited for you. Deep breaths.

Wow!!! A line is a line! Your post was so cautious, I almost didn’t understand what was going on. Congratulations!! I think the color of the line has more to do with how early it is, and with the amount of dye in the package …. a line is a line! Yay!

i had a ghost line at 14dpo and it was a positive and continued to get darker and darker and i ultimately took a big scary digital test.
i put pictures up on my blog. the same thing happen to vee and jay.
i think that means your pregnant!!

I’m sure that all positives start with some type of whisper… it’s just when you catch them, and you’re still a day before some clinics would even agree to a blood test, right?

i totally agree — d’s line was so faint that i took one as a “control,” then we did a cvs run and got a digital and it said “PREGNANT” and then we celebrated and that is how nate came to be…

You are pregnant! We had a ghost of a line on Halloween, actually. Now we have a real live bonafide baby. It was hard for us to get excited, too. But it is true. A line is a line. Even a ghosty one. You are pregnant. Mazel tov.
